Robert Half is working with a prominent LA nonprofit and they need a contracts and compliance paralegal now through at least June. The position will mostly be remote, but the paralegal must be able to commute to Pasadena occasionally (but with minimal notice). Please do not apply if you do not live in the LA area, and random trips to the office may be required. This job has the potential to become permanent for the right paralegal.

This contracts and compliance paralegal must have experience interpreting service contracts, and writing executive summaries or services contracts for senior management staff including the CEO. If you do not have social services contract experience (highly preferred!) then please explain when/where you have worked with federal and LA County, and local city service contracts that might have stipulations that need to be explained - i.e. matching fund stipulations, reimbursement of expenses criteria that need to meet for eligible expenses, etc. Previous nonprofit experience is also a plus!
