Description

Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative that comes from the Transportation or Logistics industry.  This is a permanent full time roles in Gardena that offers overtime, full benefits and growth!

Duties for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Provide rate quotes
  • Load planning and scheduling
  • Provide customers with updates of shipments 
  • Work with other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • 1+ years' experience in similar role
  • 1+ years in Transpiration or Logistics industry
  • Flexibility to work overtime
