As the Customer Service representative you will continually work towards self-development to stay current on customer service, order fulfillment and sales procedures and practices. •Make outbound calls to customers providing resolutions for returns requests and/or status order updates.
•Maintain customer documentation in CRM to ensure compliance with company
•Prepare supporting documentation
•Communicate and cooperate with other company departments in pursuit of expedited deliveries and reduced lead-time commitments.
•Provide support to customer general product inquiries, billing questions or other concerns
•3+ years? experience in customer support/administrative support role.
•Knowledge in CRM preferred.
•Bachelor's degree required.
•Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
?Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and must be able to work under pressure.
