Customer Service Team Leader Duties:

  • Provide a great and memorable service to our customers

  • Increase customer flow and attract new customers to our event

  • Offer our clients products and services, offer competitive pricing and new products and services to our customers

  • Complete live activations and record sales transactions and customer information as needed

Most of our current Customer Service Team Leaders have had a background, degree or interest in:

  • Business/ Communications/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship/Retail

  • Sport/ Fitness / Leisure/ Athletic Coaching / PT

  • Teamwork / Leadership/ Business Coaching / Management

*Do not worry if you do not have any of the above as full training is provided. As long as you can come to us with an award-winning work ethic, the rest we can train – FACT*

What we are looking for in our next Customer Service TeamLeaders:

  • Great communication skills

  • Someone who is friendly and welcoming with a great sense of humor

  • Someone who has the ability to work well on their own but also within a team

  • Someone who is over the age of 18 for legal reasons, is able to commute to downtown Santa Ana and has authority to work within the US (we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time)

  • Some form of experience with working directly with people is desirable but not essential
