Technology corporation in Pasadena is searching for a Director of Customer Care.
Manage the strategy for customer care organization and provide first class customer service
Establish KPI targets, measure department success and deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and experience
Create and maintain a unified system to understand customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Provide the voice of the customer so that the company continues to deliver a Tier 1 experience: product, policy, and servicing in all its forms.
Develop the Customer Care team and leaders to positively impact long-term success of department and career growth/aspirations
Manage department P&L / budget
