SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Real Estate, Legal, and Customer Service industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and CFO for a growing global company.
This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) position and is available immediately.
Salary is $80,000/yr. and a 10% bonus
Executive Administrative Assistant:
The candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in this role for a large or mid-size corporation supporting the executive team. Job duties include answering phones, scheduling, preparing documents (correspondence, legal documents, and proofreading), process incoming/outgoing mail; copy, scan, fax and organize documents; maintaining senior management and executive team calendar; schedule meetings and appointments; arrange for travel, confirming appointments, and other support/administrative tasks the associates may need.
We are looking for candidate with excellent written and oral communication skills, solid organizational skills, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including having the ability to prioritize incoming/outgoing tasks and work effectively within a team environment. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office and especially be proficient with Advanced Excel. Candidates will be working closely with the Board of Directors and will be very visible to the company.
