A well-respected Los Angeles law firm is adding a Human Resources Assistant to their team to assist with their additional workload. This role will be supporting the West Coast Human Resources Director and Human Resources Coordinator with all aspects of Human Resources for the West Coast offices. This role is eligible for 1 day of remote work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties, scanning, clerical work, uploading information
  • Running reports
  • Auditing of data
  • Onboarding
  • Answering questions by phone and email

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word & Excel)
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus two to three years of office/clerical support experience
  • Two years’ experience in business office operations, filing and administrative clerical operations
