Liaison between regional and domestic operations teams.
Able to grasp and provide guidance about internal concepts related to systems and tools required to operate including: Client functionality, API, CMS, Revenue, Ad Ops, Business Intelligence, and Content Ops.
Support the International product and requests queue, determine priority, work with PMO and communicate back to the regions.
Coordinate activities to enable communication between the domestic and international teams including demos, issue escalation, technology deep dive, among others.
Project manage international projects at a high level making sure that all deliverables from internal and external stakeholders are met with quality and on time.
Support Product and Project Management Office when working with International projects.
All other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
