Robert Half Legal is looking to fill a role with one of our national law firm clients, who specializes in insurance defense. They are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with Construction Defect experience. Duties include trial prep, state e-filing, federal e-filing, formatting motions and pleadings, e-discovery, propounding/responding to discovery, assembling exhibits, and more!

If you are a Litigation Paralegal with experience in Construction Defect (or at minimum, Insurance Defense) and can handle the duties above, then I want to hear from you! This position will mostly be remote, but travel to the firm's LA office will be occasionally required for trial prep.
