PLI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work in our City of Industry, CA Plant. As our Supervisor, you will work with a highly skilled team, solve problems, and implement corrective actions. We maintain Industry-leading equipment and safety is our number one priority.

As our Maintenance Supervisor you will:

  • Support the Maintenance Manager to fulfill the maintenance plan
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on all plant equipment
  • Perform, preventative maintenance on all production equipment
  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
  • Nurture ongoing vendor relationships
  • Implement and manage lean techniques to reduce waste
  • Ensure that all OSHA, Federal, State, and local safety policies and procedures are consistently adhered to. This includes lockout/tag-out, Arc, Flash, and proper PPE for all jobs
  • Maintain all service records and daily maintenance activities undertaken in the department
