The Foundation Giving Manager will join a hospital that has served the Los Angeles Community for over 60 years. Reporting to the Director of Foundation Development and Relations, the Manager of Healthcare Foundation Giving will play a significant and complex role in the continued growth of this organization. You’ll get opportunities to collaborate with the entire executive team, the board of Directors, many hospital leaders, and community organizers in the development of a successful marketing strategy and implementation of various fund raising events.
The Giving Manager will develop an actionable strategic plan to improve this healthcare system’s visibility, impact, and financial resources. You’ll get the opportunity to forge new community, governmental, and NGO relationships, working to identify the needs and desires of a varied set of Donors and Prospects. The Manager will also get to engage with existing and past Fundraising and Donor partners to identify new value and cultivate individual philanthropic support to fuel the Health System’s activities.
Working closely with the Manager of Donor Stewardship and the Manager of Marketing to identify synergies between the Fundraising and Marketing functions, the Foundation Giving Manager will have opportunities to impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s communications and messaging. You’ll help plan, implement, and evaluate the digital fundraising campaigns including employee giving and seasonal event campaigns.
