Classification: Medical Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $16.00 to $17.00 hourly
A healthcare organization in Hollywood is in need of an Appointment Scheduler for the call center and enrollment department. In this role you must have strong customer service or call center experience and be bi-lingual in Spanish. In this role you will be required to handle in-coming patient telephone calls, schedule appointments and provide accurate information to patients.
Day to day duties:
1. Answer incoming calls in a timely manner based on Clinic standards and protocols.
2. Schedule appointments accurately maximizing practitioners’ time and making sure that the patient is placed in the appropriate appointment template for their medical needs or request. When unable to assist the patient through the Appointment Center, make sure that the patient’s is directed to the appropriate staff for an efficient resolution of their medical needs.
3. Answer questions regarding clinic services and appointment related information; direct unrelated questions to appropriate staff.
4. Confirm or cancel appointments in accordance with Clinic policies and procedures
Previous Healthcare experience is ideal!
Bi-lingual SPANISH is a MUST!
