The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst- Lead based out of El Segundo, California or Tukwila, Washington. Position Responsibilities: * Lead team in assignments and provides oversight and guidance on integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs * Leads finance team consistent development of performance reports * Provides guidance on variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management * Stands in the role of senior management on financial performance and projections using extensive financial knowledge and experience as needed * Leads or consults on the development of cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses * Leads, analyzes and presents business cases using appropriate indices to maximize profitability and shareholder value * Consults on requirements definition and deployment of common systems, tools, processes and training to improve resource and/or business planning processes This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field * Experience in financial forecasting and developing Estimates at Completion * Experience producing government contract deliverables * Experience with variance analysis and performance reporting * Experience leading formally or informally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting * Experience developing processes for programs and projects * Leadership experience either formally or informally Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
