Robert Half Legal is looking to place another paralegal at this growing, family-oriented firm in Pasadena! Do you have at least a year of Workers' Compensation experience on the applicant side? If so, I want to hear from you! This opportunity could be contract to hire for the right Workers' Compensation paralegal (certificate not required)

The paralegal must have the following experience:

•Set up medical treatments

•Order medical reports

•Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, etc.

•Huge plus if the candidate has worked with sworn officers

•Huge plus if the candidate has done transcription

This firm needs a legal assistant who has worked in a high-volume setting. Though applicant-side candidates are strongly preferred, those with some defense experience are welcome to apply!

Safety protocols in the office:

•2 – 3 times desks, doorknobs, and common spaces are wiped

•Social distancing is maintained

•Masks are required in common areas

•Client meetings and depositions are done using Zoom, not in person

• Many of the permanent staff work remote frequently to eliminate too many people in the office at once

*** Please note, this paralegal will be required to be on site every day. (at least, during the temporary phase of this assignment; if and when you get converted to a permanent employee of the firm, work-from-home options exist).
