CEO seeking a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to assist with everyday duties and functions of business and personal related needs. This is a short term, 6 months, to the State of California to work on a state government contract.
The right person for this job wears many “hats” and must have a “can do” attitude. Must be a multi-tasker. Must be able to handle a multitude of projects with precision, follow through, promptness, and focus. Discreteness and honesty is a must. Able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, loyalty and security measures regarding all confidential information.
Must be currently unemployed or no other current contracts in place. Will work from home.

*Proficient Computer skills consisting of Microsoft Office Programs, Navigation of Internet, Email, Calendaring
