Compensation: $70.00 to $100.00 hourly

Prominent company located in the South Bay is seeking a real estate counsel to assist on a project basis. 

Top duties include but are not limited to: conduct due diligence and address ancillary closing issues on a large property, assist in due diligence process and review documents related to a few real estate transactions, and the drafting, redlining, and negotiating of various agreements to include but not limited to NDAs, purchases and sales of non-performing loans and other ancillary real estate agreements. Pay is contingent upon years of expertise with these duties.

This is a hybrid assignment requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Top candidates will have at least 7+ years' experience in real estate law, be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California, and able to assist 40 hours a week Monday - Friday during standard business hours.
