What you will do

  • Set and monitor the team 's direction: Plan, implement and own our global marketing-strategy, -tactics and -budget to drive the effective and efficient growth of our acquisition-metrics and overall sales-funnel growth
  • Lead, hire and develop a team: Build and lead a cross functional team of marketing channel experts, content writers and video producers - setting their tasks and priorities to make sure everyone is executing on the roadmap
  • Oversee daily deliveries: Oversee and drive the continuous improvement of campaigns and activities across all of Company 's marketing-channels - focussed on lead-generation in EMS, Insurance, Primary Care and future Company customers
  • Collaborate with commercial functions: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing and sales tactics as well as our Strategy and Growth-team to prioritise and execute funnel-optimization projects
  • Own Company 's brand-integrity: Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels
  • Build strategic partnerships: Identify, nurture and commercialize strategic relationships with media, key industry players and agencies - eg through creative PR strategies
  • Competitive market oversight: Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning (down to keyword-metrics) to devise effective counter strategies as well as opportunities for accelerated growth
  • Contribute to the company-wide Go-To-Market-strategy: Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company 's and individual team 's objectives and budgets
  • Report to the management-team: Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing-metrics for the management-team

Requirements

  • MSc degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or another relevant field
  • 10+ years of work experience in Marketing, and currently in a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or another senior role
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful strategic branding & marketing strategies and plans
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, Google Adwords and other relevant tools
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions

Practicalities

  • Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer
  • Full-time position, starting as soon as possible
  • Work activities are largely remote, so candidate can be located anywhere in the US
  • The ability to travel within the US as well as internationally is a must
